Mols-Linjen installs SERTICA for new vessel

3 April, 2017

Mols-Linjen has acquired a 158 m RoPax ferry to operate on its route between Rønne and Køge in Denmark

The vessel is specially designed for navigation on the Baltic Sea, with a capacity of 600 passengers and 2 car decks, totalling 1,500 lane meters. It is able to take a mix of trucks, trailers, passenger cars, vans and buses. Mols-Linjen has chosen SERTICA Fleet Management software for vessel maintenance on board their new ship.

Hans Christian Jensen, Head of Sales at Logimatic says, “We started working with Mols-Linjen back in 1996 and look forward to install SERTICA on yet another vessel. I am sure Mols-Linjen will benefit from using SERTICA within a short timeframe, since they are very familiar with the maintenance system.”

Ole Berg-Hansen, Chief Engineer at Mols-Linjen adds, “It is essential for us to optimise maintenance of the ship and reduce unnecessary costs, so we can offer our customers an attractive and competitive price when sailing to and from Bornholm.”
